RETURNS & REFUNDS


At SECONDÈ, each piece is carefully curated, authenticated, and inspected prior to sale. 


We are committed to offering a considered and transparent experience.


To provide peace of mind, we offer the following returns policy.


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as sold
  • All original packaging, dust bags, boxes, and authenticity materials must be included
  • Security tags (where applicable) must remain attached and intact
  • The item must not show signs of wear, use, scent, or damage


Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


CONDITION & DEDUCTIONS


Customers are entitled to inspect an item as they would in a boutique environment.

If an item is returned showing handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and condition, SECONDÈ reserves the right to make a deduction reflecting any reduction in value.


This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Worn soles or creasing
  • Marks, scratches, or staining
  • Removed or damaged tags
  • Odours or signs of wear


AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE


We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold.


If an item is proven to be inauthentic:

  • Proof must be provided from a recognised professional authentication service
  • The claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery


If verified, SECONDÈ will issue:

  • A full refund
  • Reimbursement of original shipping costs


FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS


If you believe an item is significantly misdescribed or faulty beyond the stated condition:

  • Notify SECONDÈ within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence


If approved, we will arrange a return and issue a full refund.


Items damaged after delivery will not be accepted.


PRIVATE SOURCING & SPECIAL ORDERS


Items sourced privately or specifically upon client request are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.


EXCESSIVE RETURNS 


SECONDÈ reserves the right to refuse returns from customers demonstrating patterns of excessive or unreasonable return activity.


REFUND PROCESSING


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receipt and inspection.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
